Refund & Returns Policy

(Banner & Large Format Printing – UK)

At Banner Palace, we take pride in delivering high-quality printed products. Due to the custom nature of our items, the following policy applies:

1. Non-Returnable Items

All printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where:

• There is a confirmed printing defect, or
• The size differs from the approved order specifications

2. Reporting Issues

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Clear photos of the issue
• Order number
• Description of the problem

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.

3. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

• You must refuse the delivery, or
• Notify us immediately with photographic evidence

We cannot accept claims for damage reported after acceptance without evidence.

4. Delivery Delays

Courier delays are outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping delays are not eligible for refunds.

5. Returns Process

If a return is approved:

• The item must be returned at the customer’s expense, unless a fault is confirmed
• Items must be returned in original condition

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
