At Banner Palace, all products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalised nature of our items, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, but only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Reporting Issues

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery by providing:

• Clear photographs of the issue
• Order number
• Description of the problem

Eligible Reasons for Return

• Printing defects
• Incorrect size or product supplied
• Items damaged during delivery

Items that are correctly printed and match the approved order are not eligible for return.

All returns must be approved by our support team before sending any items back.
