At Banner Palace, return shipping costs are handled as follows:

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the product has a confirmed defect, printing error, or incorrect specifications:

• We will cover the return shipping cost
• A replacement or full refund will be offered

Non-Fault Returns (If Approved)

If a return is approved for reasons not related to faults:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original Delivery Charges

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fault
